How do I
place an order?
Click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page after you have selected an item and size.
Click the 'SHOPPING BAG' icon at the top of the page to review shopping bag items.
Click ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order after you are done shopping.
After you checkout and pay, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your shipment is ready, we will send you another email to let you know it’s been shipped out.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been finalized and shipped.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR GET A REFUND?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, or cancel orders at this time. Please make sure your order is correct before making the payment.
I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM(S), CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THEM?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to health and sanitary reasons. Please make sure your order is correct before making the payment.

All orders are shipped from the United States and processed within 1-10 business days.
Orders are not processed nor shipped on Saturday, Sunday nor National Holidays.
We may experience a high volume of orders and/or we may need additional time to process and ship your order, being forced to take important health safety precautions, during the covid-19's crisis.
Although this is a very rare instance, we don't have control over mail carriers. In such an instance, we are not accountable for your package but will do our best to help and accommodate you.
